M11 Oph 177. Retinopathy of Prematurity

Q: Baby born prematurely at 29 wks on examination at 42 wks with ROP both eyes shows stage 2 zone 1 plus disease, how will you manage:

(a) Examine patient after 1 week.
(b) Laser photocoagulation of both eyes.
(c) Laser photocoagulation of worse eye, follow up of other eye.
(d) Vitreoretinal surgery.
